The Season that slowly deflated....

The rest of the football season was not very good and not really worth posting. I guess I should have posted anyway, but it is not as fun.

The final straw was losing to A&M. We should not have lost to them and it was an embarasment. Since that game, we have not spoken of the team. We have been on sports media blackout. The season is over for us and we will start fresh next year.

Believe me, I *know* how you feel. We Sooners are still smarting from totally stoopid losses to Colorado and Texas Tech. TEXAS TECH. Oh, for the love of Pete. How humiliating can it be? Unless maybe you're the Dallas Cowboys and you let the Philadelphia Eagles make you their beyatch. :)

I think that just about every college football fan in the nation (with the possible exception of the University of Hawaii -- wow) has had "one of those seasons" and we're all ready to put it behind us and start afresh next fall.
