Have you noticed?
If you walk in on your kids and they are doing something they should not be doing, they start tattling on each other. "It was So-and-so!" "So-and-so was doing it."
Is that what the Lousiana Governor and New Orleans Mayor are doing?

Oh, yeah of course. The bottom line to the disgust and frustration of all of us regardless of political affiliation is that we are so unprepared. It drains me as a journalist! People feel helpless when State and Federal resources screw up and act like their "asleep at the wheel". You make a good point!!!
